STEAMプログラムには目的や、テーマ、授業回数によって選べる12のプログラムをレベル別に学ぶことができる24のカリキュラムが用意されています。カリキュラムには子どもたちの知的好奇心を育み、探究的な思考力を高める工夫が散りばめられています。先生向けの指導ガイドやサポートも勿論、1回1回の授業で何をしたら良いかがわかり、初めての先生でも英語STEAMの授業を国際水準で進めることができます。

Five SensesTeaching the five senses to students is an essential part of their overall education. By understanding and exploring the senses, students can develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of the world around them. education provides a hands-on and engaging approach to learning, which can help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
PLANTS
Parts of flowering plantTo teach kids about the parts of a flowering plant, start with the roots, stem, and leaves. Explain how the flower’s reproductive structures produce seeds and attract pollinators. Cover the different parts of the flower, such as the petals, stamen, and pistil, and how pollination occurs. This can inspire a love for nature.
ANIMALS
Lifecycle of an animalTeaching kids about the lifecycle of an animal involves introducing them to the different stages of growth and development, including reproduction, birth, growth, and aging. They can learn about different types of reproduction, such as sexual and asexual, and how animals are born, whether hatching from eggs or being born live. Understanding the diversity of animal lifecycles can help kids appreciate and connect with the natural world.
CHEMICAL SCIENCES
COLORS
Mixing colorsscience of mixing colors is crucial to nurturing their creativity and problem-solving skills. By exploring the primary, secondary, and tertiary colors, kids learn about color theory and how different hues interact with each other. They also gain practical skills by experimenting with mixing colors and applying their knowledge to various projects. These activities help kids develop a deeper understanding of color and how it can be used in art, design, and other fields.

Hi, my name is Suriawati Tjahjadi but you can call me Ria. As one of the STEAM instructors at Japan STEAM Academy, I would like to introduce, incorporate and improve the interest for learning Science in a fun way through engaging and applicative ways. 「Why?」という問いは、子どもたちが学び、成長していくうえでたくさんのことを観察し、感じていることを表す重要な視点です。この「Why?」と疑問に持つことをJSAではとても大切にし、子どもたちの身の回りで起きる現象や気になっているトピックを取り上げ、説明するだけではなく、その疑問をプロジェクトや実験を通して検証していきます。
STEAMを英語で学んでいくことにより、英会話だけでは触れることのない単語や概念を学び、言語力を伸ばしていきます。子どもたちが発見した「Why?」を軸に、英語で思考し探究していく力が伸びていく楽しみを実感することができます。

Hi, I’m Natashya. I am one of STEAM instructors at Japan STEAM Academy (JSA). Throughout my teaching experience, I always nurture children’s curiosity so they continue to grow, learn and question how the world works. I strive for children’s “A-ha!” moments where they make discoveries and draw conclusions. I believe, our STEAM activities and challenges will develop children who are problem solvers, communicators and innovators.
